Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Joveez is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@joveez.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@joveez.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
